I know this isn't on a Thanksgiving blog - We had a TERRIFIC day today at Thanksgiving! I am truly blessed indeed! I do have this photo share though. I made this FAT FREE Turkey: Cute! All salad foods!
So.......Here on this blog you will see the Transformation of the Cats! ENJOY! (To see larger photos, just click on the photo itself.
The Night Cat
Cat eyes glowing in the night.
Always seem to give you a fright.
Watching you like you're its prey.
Waiting all night, for the next day.
Alright here we go.....The transformation....
NEW face makeup this year - Wolfe FX makeup
Safe for the skin and face (Even though I had bloodshot eyes from it - I still did it).
Now for the detail next:
Meow
Nose detail
This year I did not put on the foam latex piece
They are very expensive to buy! Starting at $50 and so on.
My last year mask piece tore. :(
So as you see I did a good paint job without it. :)
Now the neck:
Painted fur on face and neck and gray lip.
Did the paint get in my mouth - oh yes and not tasty!
Whiskers and more detailing.
Yeppers the bloodshot eyes starting - but this also happens with my regular makeup too. Nothing unusual - chemical sensitivity.
My make up is all done. I wore my makeup three different days.
Ok here is the Cat transformation on Don:
Base makeup applications
Don has such droopy eye lids and so it was very
difficult to apply his makeup around his eyes.
Looked excited eh! Not! LOL
He was such a good sport about this though.
First night of make up.
He also wore his makeup three different times as well.
But each night Don's makeup was a different style.
I love the last night style better....showing in another photo.
Here we go!!!

Being Silly Now!

The last day of Makeup - Love this Design better on my husband.
We went to our Park Costume Contest and we won the Best Costume Contest and we received trophies (Three of them) - these were the best prizes. Memorabilia
Then the night before Halloween, we went to Tucson AZ to Maloneys Bar to win $500 in cash. However, lots of people loved our costumes. But no one cheered us on and we got nothing. The first place winner was a guy dressed as Joe Dirt - half naked with a wagon with fake watermelon in it. The 2nd prize winner was a gal with goat leg stilts and she was a lighted up Devil (Great costume) and then the 3rd place winner was so weird looking robot guy. They split up the $500 to three different winners. It was suppose to be $500 Cash but didn't happen. Oh well better luck next year somewhere else. Maybe in Bisbee??
I have been asked to make and sell these. Well If you pay me half down so I can get these materials, then I will make you one. But let me tell you it is not going to be cheap, due to all the stuff I need to do to it. You are looking at possibly to start roughly at $275 and so on. Depending on what all you would like me to make. Leg warmers, gloves, and wigs not included with costume price. There would be a extra charge for these items. If you are still in this let me know asap.
