Yay!!! I am Reiki!
Yeppers I sure did it! Ohhh I am so happy! Another new chapter in my journey in my life!I have another level to go before we leave Wi. YAY!!!! The plan is that I will get my Reiki Level II before we move to AZ.
Don took me to my Reiki class in Webster Wi. I was in there for about 4 hours, so he had a chance to drive to Grantsburg to see his Brother and sister in law while I was busy in class. :-)
Ok I have to admit I was excited that I went to my first Reiki class, but wouldn't you feel a little at first, is this for real or what? Well when I met my Reiki Master Teacher when she came out to tell me to come on in. The minute I saw her she was glowing, I felt so comfortable and felt that I have known her for ages. What a wonderful warm welcome I got and I felt so comfortable talking to her. She was like a Angel in Diguise! I heard the most amazing things from her that she already knew about me and I don't even know her and she didn't really know me. She read me! How cool is that! It is AWESOME!
I started my class and I found it 'very' interesting. As my Reiki Master Teacher was reading the course out loud. I thought to myself 'WOW this is starting to sound a lot like me kinda stuff' It was really neat. I learned a lot about what reiki is and what Reiki was not. We are Reiki Practioners that use Universal Life -force or Spiritual- guided energy.
Noted by Jeanne Daniels ( my Reiki Master Teacher) - Reiki can reduce stress and stress reactions, it lowers blood pressure, lowers heart and respiration rates, reduces bleeding and pain and has shown to raise red blood cell count, help insomnia and calms anxiety. These are tangible, scientific observations that have been recorded. Reiki healing can do all these things and more.....
What is a Ordained Minister and what do they do?
Yes I can perform life passage ceremonies like weddings, baptisms, and even funerals. And because I am are practicing spiritual or religious beliefs, I will be protected under the constitution.
So why did I need to stay away from these types of things: Let me give you a example:
We all experience different things with dealing with Reiki and not one person is the same. For instance I was told by my Reiki Master, that all she had to do was walk by a light and the bulb broke. Well I didn't do that but I however made it buzz and flicker whenever I was near a light. I remember meditating outside in our yard. I could hear the bar AC making funny noises going in and out. Whenever I touched my laptop my hands and arms vibrated heavily and the screen would flicker as well. I remember holding on to my ipad and it would flicker or run r-e-a-l-l-y slow and I would put it down away from me and it picked up the speed like lighting, but when it was in my hands it wouldn't work hardly - same with my iphone4S. It was quite interesting indeed! So I stayed away from it as much as I could. I know when I talked to my son on the phone, it shut it off a couple of times and then I had to reboot it and call him back. Then it cut us off several times. Things are getting better and balancing out now. Weird? True? Yes lol but it very TRUE and a fact! I couldn't believe it.
2. When I talk on the phone and you ask me about Reiki - I warn you that our conversations will be cut off and I will need to call you back. Every time if I say Reiki in a row, it cuts us off! So lets just talk in person OK. My son knows this and now my Sister does too because they both experienced it recently with me on the phone.
Well yes and no....
The positive side of this - YES it has - Why? Well I am forever learning about what my healing powers can do. And no not really because I am still ME. I just have this new energy and I get to help others with a healing energy.
1. I used to dream that people were chasing me - now I have the most amazing dreams of friends going places with me. How wonderful!
2. If you are negative with me or with someone else and I am by you and you go to touch me. You will get a static shock. LOL No joke! It has has happened to my friend Kris and now it has happened to Don too.
3. I healed my plants that were dying and now they are in full bloom.
4. After my attunement My body detoxed like my Reiki Master Teacher said it would. I ate foods and body was going through a cleansing period. Releasing everything that I seemed to put in my mouth at that time. I have been even more sensitive to certain foods during that time. I learned that having a aversion to a food and drink, that I should honor that.
5. What I am experiencing is as Jeanne Daniels my Reiki Master Teacher says to me I am creating a inner awareness of the issues that seem to plague me as well as the physical effects of not tending to them. I need to honor my body, mind, and spirit at all times as they will always the truth of any situation.
Believe me there has been some changes in certain relationships over the past month due to their own negativity. I am forever seeing the truth to many things going on and the truth comes out and shows in it full colors. It is so amazing what I am going through.
Let me explain a little more what I have experienced as what my Reiki Master teacher said I would and it is all really happening to me for real and it is amazing:
Reiki is directly related to learning to become more of a master of my life. I am becoming a participant in life opposed to a victim of what life seems to hand to me. All of this, the teaching, the attunement and the willingness to learn and participate is causing a shift in my vibration which is a good thing. As I vibrate higher, the things, people and situations that no longer serve my highest good tend to fall away. When I don't allow them to fall away, there will be more chaos. Letting go is a part of this process as is trust that things are happening as they are intended to for my soul's optimum growth. ( I have also heard my counselor say this also to me several times.) I am to remember to always go with the flow and that doing the right thing does not always mean doing the easy thing. I am learning and remembering that I am spirit first. I am a spiritual being having a human experience and living from the truth of the heart and mind opposed to the beliefs, which are often false, of the brain, will always steer me in the best possible, perfect direction.
6. I got tired very easily.
7. I was very emotional and I am still adjusting to this new vibration so at times you can catch me being very emotional.
8. I ended up being shaky, warm, cold, and even dizzy at times like she told me.
9. I had a headache so bad that i remember what she told me to go do, by going outside and placing my hands on the ground and it will balance this energy out. I did ithis and my headache disapeared.
10. I have experienced my hands heating up immediately so I had to find a place to channel my energy. Like I said I used the earth with this.
11. I do a LOT of Meditations to clear my mind to ask the Holy Spirit to fill my body with white light for protection. I also work on all my Chakra to get them balanced out.
12. I am also very big into The Creator, Our Divine Lord, Angels, My Guardian Angels, and Archangels. I ask for assistance a lot!
13. I touch prisms and my hands vibrate and this is a good sign.
14. I am very much interested in going to Sedona AZ to take some courses and meditate with others.
15. I do know how to scan a body and yes I am able to know where you need work on your Chakras to be balanced.
What are Chakras?
Chakras are the energy centers of our bodies that spin and process the life force energy inside of us. they hold information related to the issues we face in our lives, including past lives as well as any physical issues we are dealing with. When the emotional issues go unresolved, physical issues can and usually do arise.
If your Chakra's are unbalanced you will not feel good physically and emotionally. This is why I do a full body scan with my hands or I will use my pendilum before I do any type of Reiki healing on you. I will balance your chakra's first and then apply Reiki where it is needed. Reiki will go where it is needed and it knows where to go.
Here is what each Chakra means:
1 - Root Chakra is the color Red - it is located at the base of the spine - it's main issues are: survival/money/physical needs/family/ religion
2 - Sacral Chakra is the color Orange -it is located in the lower abdomen -its main issues are: Sexuality/Creativity/Life-Force/Depression
3 - Solar Plexus Chakra- which is yellow in color - it is located in the upper abdomen - its main issues are: self will/personal power/gut feelings/joy
4 - Heart Chakra - which is Green w/pink - it is located in the heart area - its main issues are: compassion/love/relationships
5 - Throat Chakra - which is Light Blue in color - it is located in the Throat area - its main issues are: Communication/ self expression/divine will
6 - Brow Chakra - which is Indigo in color - it is located in the third eye area - its main issues are: intuition/wisdom/enlightenment
7 - Crown Chakra - which is White or Violet in color - it is located in the top of the head and its main issues are: spirituality/divine guidance
I am not crazy, and all my experiences are for real.
To my family I would love to tell you my experiences in person. I cannot wait to tell you all about them and also practice my Reiki on you also.
